As a Barrister, Colin specializes in litigation or pleading cases in court, and has been instructed in the Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Small Claims Court. Never one to shy away from a tough case, Colin has a determined approach to assessing a case, developing a theory of the case and strategy, advising on probable outcomes, conducting examinations for discovery, as well as crafting unique legal arguments and presenting those arguments at trial in the most effective way in court.

Colin offers flexible fee arrangements. A contingency arrangement is not offered in all cases. However, where a contingency is applicable (if at all) it will not exceed 40% of the settlement or award plus costs. Please note this is a maximum and often the contingency will be lower than the maximum.
